Established in 1966, the club has remained a consistent place for training and routine.

The space is simple and traditional, with classic equipment and a focus on function over change. Members come here to train, rest, and have a sense of community.

The facility includes full locker rooms, showers, and both wet and dry saunas, along with a lounge space to unwind after a session.
